Wikily provides a documentation platform that allows users to create, host, and manage technical documentation ("the Service").

• You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
• You must provide a valid email address for account registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy
• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

• You are responsible for maintaining ownership and control of your custom domain
• We are not responsible for domain expiration or DNS issues
• SSL certificates are provided free of charge for custom domains

• You retain all rights to your content
• You grant us a license to host and display your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish your content
• We may remove content that violates these terms

• API access is subject to rate limiting
• API tokens must be kept secure
• We reserve the right to modify the API at any time

• We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Service credits may be issued for extended downtime

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Use the service to send spam
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Exceed usage limits intentionally

• We perform regular backups of all documentation
• You may export your data at any time
• We retain backups for 30 days

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
